Commercial Lines Testimonials
----Praise David Gardner, our Commercial Lines CSR
My name is Tonya Parrilla and I'd let to share a few words with you regarding your employee, David Gardner.
I have had a variety of issues with my car insurance over the past year or so. David has shown exceptional and genuine customer service to me throughout it all. I work two full time jobs and without the help of a awesome representative I would not have known the proper channels to take in resolving my many issues with my limited free time.
First, there was the time I had just purchased a new car in January of 2006 and someone slashed my convertible top before I had ever even made my first payment. There was at least two weeks of car rental, wrong top order, extension of rental and so forth. David, took charge and got in touch with my insurance company and got to the bottom of it for me.
Secondly, in May 2007, someone pulled right out in front of me. My car was a total loss. I called David on his cell phone from the hospital and you would have thought he was a family member with his care and concern. As always, he led me in the right direction and the proper channels to take. This particular incident ended up taking about two months to solve because the guy who hit me was uninsured. David was tackling one issue after another for me the entire time.
Lastly, my son had a fender binder at a stop light right after my second accident. Things were not looking too good for me with my insurance company after so many incidents but, David found me a new company and the rates were the best around for accident-prone me and a teenage driver.
To complicate matters, my new car was not put on my insurance policy even after I personally spoke to someone in your office. David noticed it right away and was searching for the employee who did not handle my situation correctly so he can see how this situation happened. He has called me from time to time just seeing how things are and to inform me of companies with better rates. When it was time to renew he said he was surprised I had not gone somewhere else. Why would I leave a guy who has shown me nothing but exceptional service.
David has been a true professional and any company should use his work ethics as the definition of true customer service.
